It reminds me of a sentiment I got from Gary Snyder
, from one of his books of essays -- simplistically paraphrased: If you want to learn about mastering something, hang out with masters of any sort. You can learn to be a master meditator by hanging out with a master mechanic. Watch a master butcher.

This is like flying an airplane and knowing how to use and maintain a gun: all are handy skills when societal order breaks down and we're living in the Mad Max post apocalyptic world. I would have liked the video even better if the camera angle were panned back a bit more.
Yeah, they were making it more "visually interesting" than informative. Still cool nonetheless.
This was fascinating, but I too longed for an overall view from time to time.

good question, I don't actually know. If it was water you'd think it would be hot, but it didn't look so.
