A look inside Guantanamo

According to this Wired Magazine article, an official Guantanamo Bay Operations Manual has been leaked through wikileaks.org. The document is of course disturbing, and foreshadows Abu Ghraib in many of its instructions. Maj. Gen. Geoffrey Miller is the man who signed the document, and was sent to Abu Ghraib shortly before the infamous damning photos were released from there.
